Can I request an invoice for the parking session subsequently?
Yes, but you should consider that, according to the relevant legislative requirements, we can issue the invoice on the date of the parking session only.
You can do this by selecting the parking session in question in the application, then tap the Invoice icon in the top right corner. If you had not do this on the day of your parking session, then we cannot issue the invoice for you subsequently.
We will get back to you as soon as possible via email. If you chose answer by phone, we will call you at your preferred time interval.
