How are individuals identified?
The identification of natural persons is done by a video call and it is not necessary to come in our office.
To start the video identification please follow these steps:
- After loging in your Barion wallet select My Wallet/Profile
- Fill in the form then click Save.
- After saving your form you can start the video call on weekdays in opening hours.
You will need the following documents at you:
- personal identification card,
- or passport,
- or driving license.
- Important! Hungarian citizens need to provide their home address cards!
