If you have not got any information at which shop the purchase took place, you can get information about that in the confirmation email in the first place. After each successful payment, the Barion system sends the confirmation of the successful payment to the email address provided during payment, and this email includes all the payment references, so you can also check the details of the purchase. You should inform yourself from this email regarding payment details in the first place.

We can, of course, help you and inform you about the unknown debiting if you provide us with the data of the transaction, i.e. the precise date and time of the debiting, the precise amount of the debiting, the first 6 and last 4 digits of the debited bank card, and its expiry date.
