Parking on a ZONE BORDER. What should you do if you have chosen the wrong zone code?

It might happen that the application detects multiple zones for certain parking lots, and you must select the right one. If you accidentally make the wrong choice and get fined for that, then it is worth notifying the customer service desk of the parking company provided in the bottom of the order for payment, within 5 working days, that you paid for the parking but in the wrong zone. You will have to attach a copy of the demand for payment and the identifier of the parking session. The customer service desk of the relevant parking company will investigate the case and decide if the mistake is understandable in your case and whether they do not collect the fine.
