We have a recurring payment arrangement with our Telenor MyTV partner. This means that when you subscribed to their service (you registered and accepted their General Terms and Conditions) you approved of the fact that they deduct the service from the bank card or Barion balance you used at the time of registration on a monthly basis. If you think that the deduction was unreasonable or you wanted to cancel the service, then contact them directly via the following contact details:
