My bank card payment was unsuccessful because the system rejected my bank account.

If, during payment, you get the “The system rejected the given card” error message, then the bank-card system rejected the transaction for some reason. In such a case, please first check the data you entered, i.e. if the card number, its expiry date, and CVC code are correct. If you did not find any mistake, then your own card-issuing bank can tell the reason for the rejection; if this is the case, please contact them. We would recommend to inquire about the specific transaction by giving the precise amount and date so that they can tell you the reason for the rejection. If another error message appears on the site and your payment is unsuccessful, please contact our customer service desk. If you already have a Barion Wallet, then, after logging in to your wallet, go to the Client service center menu item. If you do not have a Barion Wallet yet, then please fill in the message form on the right on this page and send us the details of the payment in question so that we can investigate.
